I work with my sweet clients on piecing together elements of their love story with unique, elegant, and beautiful wedding cake designs in order to create the perfect cake that reflects their love story and journey together.

My husband, Scott, is four years older than I am; we met while he was a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Pride of Arizona Marching Band at the University of Arizona. I was a fifth year senior in the band (I played the sousaphone!), and so the student-teacher relationship was technically a "no-no." Sure enough, we started talking and became great friends. After a while, we had tea at Ike's (who remembers that Tucson gem?) one cool November evening and ended up spending three hours together. He was an easy person to open up to. When we decided to finally part ways, we hugged and he picked me up into one of those super romantic, swooping embraces, lifting me up off my feet! I was all in, right then and there. I guess one would say, the rest is history? We were engaged a little over a year later and now we're coming up on our 14th anniversary this December.

I love spending ridiculous amounts of time snuggling with my two kiddos on Sunday mornings. Oh, the sweet slowing-down of life with a steamy cup of coffee.

I am a lover of the outdoors, walks around the neighborhood, breathing in the desert air, and admiring our unbelievable Arizona sunsets.

My favorite date night with my sweet hubby would be to plan and cook a truly authentic, scrumptious meal together (think Chicken Tikka Masala and fresh naan) and spend the night in with a good movie or one of our favorite TV shows.
